Susana Gastelumendi Vilaboa, architect – MD
I have worked in activities related to architecture and construction, project development, national and international contests and construction bidding for over 25 years.
Currently, due to the rising demand of international investors, I am giving advice about where and how to invest in Spain. I have a solid knowledge of the Spanish real estate market and its dynamism, strengths and weaknesses.
I am an empathetic person to a degree that enables me to carefully understand the needs of my clients.
I am currently developing a wide base of profesional liaisonlawyers and economists, with the aim of giving the best possadvice to clients.
I have a great interest in the art world, and I collaborate witin promoting their work outside of Spain, and have already art exhibitions in the Netherlands.

Giannina Salesi Gastelumendi, building engineer
In 2016, I achieved a degree in Building Engineer at Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain.
I completed my practice in an architectural firm, ensuring that I experienced all aspects of a busy achitectural office: drawing up plans, customising budgets for each client, applying state and autonomous regions’ regulations and visiting each site before completion.
In addition to staying in permananent contact with each buyer and owner, I liaise with the real estate market, research residences suitable for each client, advise according to the client´s taste and ensure appropriate visuals are provided.
I also liaise with clients who would like to restore or update their properties, at all times advising on design, constructive solutions and budgets.
Currently I am also working in appraisals of real estate properties for important valencian company.

Emilia Cimadevilla Beltrán, lawyer
I have worked in the liberal practice of my profession for over 10 years, giving advice to both private clients and companies, including brands with recognised prestige in the real estate sector.
Currently, my main activity is in the advisory and mediation of the real estate activities in Spain, especially those of Valencian Comunity.
Due the international sales, I am advising in the so-called "Golden Visa" program, for obtaining legal residence of non-EU citizens in Spain, as well as advising to newly created companies or those that are already constituted in "patrimonial" in order to carry out an economic activity.
Following this activity and in order to provide the best customer service, I am always in contact with different brands, banks and prestigious consultancies. I work with them through "collaboration agreements" that guarantee the precious confidentiality of all parties, and the successful end of the commercial transactions.
Rubén Ferrer Alonso, building engineer
I am Building Engineer, graduated from Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain.
My experience in building, dates from more than 15 years, looking always for an aim: organization and efficiety.
This large experience, also gave the knowlege to know how to approach to my clientes, to understand them and to give them a better advice.
I have a great capacity for learning and I love facing new challenges.
This personal restlessness, makes me keep updated in new topics and disciplines realted to architecture.
